R & R Coatings Inc. was originally founded in the late 1990s by father and son, George L. Ralph Jr. and George L. Ralph III. In 2003, the company was officially incorporated as R & R Coatings Inc. Through steady, strategic growth and the introduction of new service offerings, R & R Coatings quickly established itself as one of the most knowledgeable and reliable coatings firms in the Mid-Atlantic region.
In 2020, following the untimely passing of both George III and later George Jr., R & R Coatings entered a new chapter under the leadership of Dan DiGrazio Jr., George III’s son-in-law. Previously, having worked in every facet of the company — from field operations to project management — Dan brings hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both the trade and the business.
Today, R & R Coatings continues its tradition of excellence as a trusted leader in industrial and commercial painting, flooring, and coatings solutions.
